Can someone please put a back button on this app. Come on RC deliver the wow.

I know that having an app these days is cool. But if you are going to build one then it should have some functionality. Some usefulness. Other than maybe someone in the marketing department being able to tick a box that says "yes, we built an app". Go to any high school. And pick any kid. Get them to build an app after talking to 5 people who have cruised before. I bet they come up with something a lot better. Sorry, this is a waste of time and its ridiculous that in this day and age that the Royal Caribbean app is the best they can do. Perhaps the app linked to the new ships are better but the vast majority of the fleet (and therefore the users) have this useless app...

I have to agree with the only other review. This app should be so much more. I want to be able to log in to my cruises and book shore excursions, dinning etc. Im a big fan of Royal Caribbean, but this app does not reflect the company.

Having a booked cruise with RC, I would expect a better app to plan my trip.

Hey advertising DEPT. If there is one. Please stop your god awful commercials. Its racket not music. Look at your sales due to this most annoying commercial

This app is pretty much useless. I was hoping you could do things like manage your crown and anchor account, upcoming cruises, etc. But no. Actually I dont think I ever figured out what this app is for.

It offers no cruise management capability. I will shop my cruises elsewhere. Not on some proprietary app. What a gawddamn joke.

We are Loyal to Royal and want a decent app. To check on upcoming trips. At least add a back button so we dont have to start every search over. Give us an app. that matches your great customer service. ---Emerald C&A family

This could be a really good app, I suggest having the ability for guests to send messages through the app to other friends and family on board the same ship, that way you can easily find friends and family without getting lost. Also I agree with other reviews we should be able to log into our my cruise account and Crown & Anchor to see upcoming trips. Give us the option to have cruise planning on our phone too in case we decide we want to switch our excursions. If you guys can make an app that includes these updates and maybe so more improvements to the layout youd have the best cruise line travel app out there!! Please read this and consider adding these options. Your customers are loyal and would like to stay that way! (-:

If theres a place to sign in to your account, I couldnt find it. So, it was pretty worthless to me.

Oh how disappointing this app could be so much more and so much better. I agree with so many of the other reviews. In needs to have interactive ability to signing into our accounts, being able to use it on board ship, there are so many things that have been suggested already, do you please add them. Another cool feature that you could add so that it would be so amazing would be to have a countdown of days on the actual icon that could be set up for your next future (booked) cruise. I know I get very excited when Im thinking about my next cruise and I would love to be able to see that on my phone. Come on this could be a really cool app!!!

This is a total embarrassment. Easily the worst phone app I have experienced. Are they serious? Their ships are fine. We have sailed with them enough to be solid diamond members. This thing is beyond useless. Better to do nothing than to be a total embarrassment.

This is the worst app I have seen so far... The worst app for ever. This is a simply AD show. There is no useful information there. Too simple, naïve. If the company had no money to develop an app, simply do not throw a garbage in the Apple Store. This app smells.

App is a complete waste of your time, your phones storage and the energy it takes to run.

Like other guest said have it do something. Like communicate with family on board. Book dinner hold sea pass whatever.

So excited for big family cruise coming up. I would like this app to be able to tie my cruise information so I could view.

I tried to login to my Crown and Anchor account through the app. Instead of taking me to the website, I got an annoying 2+ minute YouTube ad for Royal Caribbean. I finally managed to close it and got a menu that included "sign in". But it wasnt for Royal Caribbean - it was for Google! My next Royal Caribbean cruise will be my last unless I can cancel it penalty-free in which case Im through with them now.

No account log in. No features for booked cruises. No daily activity sheets of upcoming cruises. Literally useless.
