You would think a giant corporation in this technology obsessed age would take a few bucks out of their billions of dollars in operating costs and develop a halfway decent app to look up your cruise/account/rewards ect. This app is downright embarrassing for this company.

Yes, thats the message I keep getting when I try to log on to my Crown & Anchor account. Now - really - is this the response Royal Caribbean really wants me to get??? Very disappointed with this app.

I just downloaded this app and within two minutes I have already found two things that I wish it would do. First, there really needs to be a back button! Its very annoying to have to hit the list icon and re-select the category. For example, I was on the initial home page and selected DEALS, it shows me the deals available and I make a selection from there in the FEATURED CRUISES category, it shows me the deal and all pertinent information but, if you want to return to the previous page, its difficult! I do like the slide feature except for the fact that you have to place your finger right on the edge of the left side of the screen then slide your finger left to right, sounds simple, I have a Pelican Case on my iPhone 6+ which gives me a lot of room but, with average size fingers its still hard to get the finger right on the edge. If you have a case like an Otter Box or have large fingers, good luck! The only choice you would have at that point is to either hit the anchor at the top center, which will return you to the home page or you hit the list button and from there you have to re-select what you want. The second thing I find annoying is that, again in the DEALS category, why is it so hard to show the departure port with the cruise identifier? All it has to say is, "Departs From......." or "Sailing From....." When Im looking for deals, I want to know where its leaving from first and foremost. I shouldnt have to look at every single deal to find out that they are all departing from the same port or that none of them are departing from a port I wish to depart from.

Not what I was hoping for. Its essentially a big ad for future cruise purchases. Not much use for someone who was hoping to have easy access to their cruise account and information. Itd be great to have some more customization and offline features so that this would be even somewhat useful while on the ship. Logging in to your account just takes you through the browser version of your homepage. Might as well just use the regular browser in the first place.

That is a good place to find info about ships but its pretty bad when planning a cruise. It really needs a back button so you dont have to redo the search after you click on a cruise option. Its really frustrating just go to the website.

This app is just for "looking"! If you want to price or compare you need to use a computer. Get with the times Royal Caribbean! Spend some money to develop an app that people can use to book / price a vacation!

This app is so bad, I had to write this review. You can search 10 times using the same search criteria and get 10 different results with different pricing. Easily the most useless app Ive ever used. If they cant get this right, how would I ever be able to trust them with my luggage?

very poor quality images of the decks.It is expected to be very useful application, among other things, for those who travel.but a generic application as Shipmate, does a better job in this line.not updated for iPhone 6 Plus

This app is useless. There is no way to log in and access cruises that are already booked.

This is mere advertising. You cannot accomplish anything with the app. Use a desktop browser if you want to do anything substantive with RCCL.
