Nothing to see here that you cant find on the website. Pretty useless.

I read the reviews before downloading so I had low expectations. I knew this app was only a big ad but I was shopping for a cruise so didnt mind. The app has zero functions though. You cant even go back to the previous page. Crazy stupid!!

The app could be so much more, could have actual useful information apart from what we can already see on the website front page, but sadly thats not the case.

If theres such a waste of energy, money & talent in making an app --- IT IS ABSOLUTELY THIS APP! You can do better @RoyalCarribean

This app is great but really needs offline deck plans then it deserves 5 stars.

Really miss the deck plans that used to be in prior versions. Please bring them back!!!!

The update made the app more aesthetically pleasing but removed the deck plans! That was the best part of the previous version of the app. What is the use of having an offline mode if there arent deck plans? Also, add a Back button!

Offers no good information. Basically just a sales brochure. I was expecting more info to help me plan my cruise.

This app is nothing more than a glorified brochure. Would be nice if it had deck plans or allowed me to go into my own reservation.

Its a very nice looking app but it would be more amazing if you could log in to your account and be able to check in from the app.

Like others said this is just an app to sell more cruises. Us Royal Caribbean cruisers need an app for our cruises. Yes, you can logon to your cruise page through this app, but we shouldnt have to. Also, have the time this app is crashed or isnt working properly. Come on Royal! Give your loyals something! I love Royal and I hate to say this, but other cruise lines have apps for their customers. Royal you need to get with the times, please.

Not good when you cant use the back button. Please add this feature.

Love RCCL but this app really serves no purpose for actual members of Crown & Anchor especially on the option to sign in re-directing you to the actual site instead of allowing you to sign in and use the app to keep track of your account, book cruises, chat with other cruisers like the shipmate app, book excursions, etc. Please make better use of this app!

I thought I would be able to log into my account from here. Would be nice to see my itinerary.

Dont bother Downloading. Doesnt work. App errors when trying to open.

This app has much improved since its inception, allowing you to log into your account (through their browser.) But still had a ways to go, like a "back" button when browsing cruises would make browsing much more fluid...
