Worse than Useless

I tried to login to my Crown and Anchor account through the app. Instead of taking me to the website, I got an annoying 2+ minute YouTube ad for Royal Caribbean. I finally managed to close it and got a menu that included "sign in". But it wasnt for Royal Caribbean - it was for Google!
My next Royal Caribbean cruise will be my last unless I can cancel it penalty-free in which case Im through with them now.
