At first glance the app looks simple and easy to use. However, that is not the case. The choosing a cruise tool updates before you are done selecting causing you to select items you didnt want. On top of that there is no way to go back to your search results after you select a cruise. Ill stick with the full website version for now.

When browsing for a cruise if you select a cruise to view more details, then swipe back to the list it takes you all the way back to the top of the list Soo frustrating!

This app needs a back button. When you click to view the details of a cruise there is no way to get back to the search list. I shouldnt have to re-enter my search parameters every time I want to look at the details of a different cruise.

No back button and frequent errors

This app is nothing more than a skinned web page for RC. They had so many opportunities to make a great app and they blew it. Some great features could be: - Log into your cruise portal to see customised itinerary - Book add-ons straight from the app itself - Daily suggestions about things to do at the port of the day. - Interactive map and ship data during voyage as well as a map of the ship - Challenges, Check-Ins and Contests - Instagram / Facebook integration

Easy to use and shows everything about the cruise.

How does a company like RC have such a non functional app?

RC is the best cruise line for the price...but this is a terrible app. It needs additional features for when you have already booked the cruise. Help me book my excursions and drink packages. Give me my calendar/itinerary. Give me the service that Im used to getting from Royal Caribbean!

I rarely do one star reviews, but this app is an embarrassment. Even the little it does, it does badly. Search for a cruise, finds 81 results, no matter how many times you click on show more results it only shows the first page. Such a great company should be able to afford a decent app.

This is a poorly designed app, at best a lousy clone of web page, minus a login page for you to check your booked cruises. RC, fire your app team and start over again.

Use RC iQ for specific cruise information. This app is general info only, as stated, and it works just fine for that.

This application is really disappointing given that I consider Royal Caribbean to be a pretty good cruise company. It is very clunky, has very limited search options, and navigation is very difficult in this app. I suggest sticking to the website as that is much easier to get around in. Thats what Im going to do!

Not helpful if youre looking for an app to assist you in managing an upcoming cruise. Disappointed

This app does absolutely nothing except advertise.

This app is a waste of time and disc space. It is pretty much nonfunctional except for the advertising.

Broken version of their basic website. Inferior to what you get with Safari. They should be ashamed.
